In 1999, the company was founded with name Fuzhou YTC Moulding Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

In 2005, it moved into the new plant with 14000 square meters,with its company Fuzhou Fudeba Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.

In 2007, it became the autorized supplier of Leroy Somer Motors.

In 2008, FDB passed the quality certificate of ISO/TS16949, and manufacture automobile parts for Toyota, Nissan and Mitsubisch.

In 2009, it started to be the autorized supplier of Hitachi Electric Tools Co., Ltd.

In 2010, it got the honor of Emerson AA supplier.

In 2011, FDB purchased new plant of 80000 square meters in Lianjiang County,and started to build the modern factory.

In 2012, FDB started to offer different precision spare parts to Emerson worldwide factories in France, USA, Brasil, India.

In 2013, It became the AAA supplier of Emerson Electric.

In 2014, It moved to the new plant in Lianjiang county.

In 2015, FDB started to export high precision parts to Germany market.
